1. Modular and easy to extend
All components are standard bolted modules. Girders can be added, the runway extended or the whole system moved to another bay when the production layout changes.
2. Low dead weight, light push travel
The trolley wheels run inside the enclosed profile, protected from dust. Loads of a few hundred kilograms are positioned by hand without effort and without travel motors.
3. No crane runway columns needed
The tracks hang from the existing roof structure. Where that is not possible, a free-standing frame is fixed to a normal concrete floor with chemical anchors.
4. Flexible or rigid track
Flexible suspension absorbs shocks and tolerates uneven supports; rigid track gives a stiffer crane and more accurate positioning. We recommend frequency-controlled travel on rigid systems.
5. Several cranes on one runway
More than one girder can run on the same pair of tracks, with intermediate stops separating the working zones. The supporting structure is rated for one loaded crane per bay unless a higher load is specified with the order.
6. Tested before delivery
Every system is load tested at 1.25 times rated capacity (static) and 1.1 times (dynamic). End stops and safety ropes on tracks, girders and hoists are standard.
