Description

The Outdoor Campus AGV (Heavy-Duty Unmanned AGV) is an autonomous transport platform engineered for the most demanding intra-factory and campus logistics—moving payloads from 5 to 200 tonnes across concrete floors, steel surfaces, and mixed indoor-outdoor routes without human intervention. Combining laser SLAM, GNSS satellite and inertial navigation in a single triple-fusion system, every vehicle self-maps its environment, avoids obstacles and docks to ±30 mm accuracy without any floor modification, guide wire or reflector installation. Power comes from a lithium iron phosphate battery pack rated for a full 6-hour shift, with a recharge time under 3 hours. Built to IP55, rated from −20 °C to +45 °C and CE certified, the range operates reliably in foundry dust, coastal humidity and sub-zero outdoor yards alike.

How to choose two type of heavy duty AGV

Choose Standard-Drive Heavy AGV when your routes are fixed, corridors are wide enough for arc turns, and payloads are 5–20T. It is the cost-effective solution for standard pallet and ton-bag logistics.
Choose the Omnidirectional Heavy AGV when you need lateral movement to park in tight spaces, in-situ rotation in narrow aisles, payloads above 20T, or applications such as container handling, steel coil transport or large-part logistics where omnidirectional control is essential.

Does installation require floor modification?

No. The primary laser SLAM + GNSS navigation system works with any flat factory floor without rails, guide wires or floor tape. Small QR magnetic stickers are optionally placed only at precision docking stations. Typical site commissioning takes 2–5 days after delivery.
Can the AGV operate in cold or outdoor environments?

Yes. The operating temperature range is −20°C to +45°C with 0–95% humidity (non-condensing). The IP55 protection grade seals the electrical and drive systems against water jets and heavy dust. Both series can operate in mixed indoor/outdoor environments using combined GNSS + laser navigation for outdoor routing.
Can multiple AGVs be coordinated as a fleet?

Yes. All models connect to the KINO AGVS Cloud fleet management platform, which handles multi-vehicle task dispatch, path planning, conflict avoidance and real-time monitoring. The system integrates with third-party WMS, MES and ERP systems via open API. Fleet size scales from 1 to 500+ vehicles on a single platform
Are these AGVs CE certified for export?

What is the battery runtime and charging time?

Both series provide 6 hours of combined runtime (3 hours empty + 3 hours at full rated load) on a single charge. Full recharge takes ≤ 3 hours. Select QL models (KNQL-10T and KNQL-20T) support optional automatic docking chargers for opportunity charging during idle periods, enabling 24-hour continuous operation.
