Coker Bridge Crane

Coker Crane is an electric QZ type grab bridge crane, semi gantry or gantry crane designed for handling coke, QZ type grab bridge crane is widely used in warehouses and workshops of metallurgical, cement, chemical and other enterprises to handle ores, limestone, mineral powder, coke, coal sand and other granular materials indoors or in the open air and between fixed spans. The machinery and equipment itself is the main working hour system, and the working level is A6. The method of entering the driver’s cab is divided into: end entry, side entry, and ram entry. The rated hoisting weight includes the weight of the grab crane itself.

The coker bridge crane is mainly composed of a box bridge, a grab trolley, a cart operating mechanism, a driver’s cab and an electrical control system. The retrieval device is a grab. A hoisting mechanism and an opening and closing mechanism are arranged on the grab trolley, and the grab is wound on the hoisting and opening and closing drums with four wire ropes respectively. The opening and closing mechanism drives the grab bucket to close and grab the material. When the bucket mouth is closed, the hoisting mechanism is started immediately, so that the four wire ropes are evenly loaded for hoisting work. When unloading, only the opening and closing mechanism is activated, and the bucket mouth is opened immediately to tilt the material. Except for the different hoisting mechanism, the rest of the structure of this crane is basically the same as that of the hook bridge crane.

There are two kinds of grab bucket extension positions: parallel plane and vertical load-bearing beam. The pick-and-place equipment is a four-rope grab bucket crane with double-circle drum, which is simple in structure and reliable in work. coker bridge crane can be extended and closed at any relative height.

The grab bucket is suitable for bulk materials in a natural accumulation state. When grabbing underwater materials or special materials, it must be specially proposed in the order. When it is used in the open air, waterproof equipment must be provided. The lifting equipment can be used indoors or outdoors, and the rain cover equipment can be lifted when used outdoors.
