The aluminum rail light crane system uses extruded, anodised aluminum profiles instead of steel track. The profiles weigh from only 5.4 kg per metre, so the crane girder is very light and an operator can move and position the load by hand with very little force.
Five profile sizes cover loads up to 2 t. They are used as single girder and double girder suspension cranes, monorail lines with straight and curved track, raised-girder cranes for low ceilings, telescoping cranes that reach beyond the runway, and as the boom of pillar and wall-mounted jib cranes.
Anodised aluminum does not rust and has no paint to flake off. The smooth running surface inside the profile and the plastic trolley wheels make the system quiet and clean. For clean rooms we engineer the crane, hoist covers and power supply to the cleanliness class you specify.
External slots on the profile take cable trolleys, enclosed conductor lines, air hoses, energy chains and tool rails without drilling. Aluminum girders can also run on a steel runway, which combines long suspension distances with a light, easy-moving bridge.
