Three ranges built for the foundry floor and the steel bay
Melt shops, casting bays and finished-goods yards each break cranes in a different way. These are the three configurations we are demonstrating at Booth 7407 — with cutaway models, drive components and reference project files on the stand.

C-hook RTG for Coil Storage

Designed for a steel mill's coil storage warehouse: a rubber tyred gantry carrying a C-hook instead of a spreader, so coils are picked eye-to-the-side with no sling and no second handling step.

Span, lift, duty class, ambient temperature and hook approach are set to your bay — not picked from a fixed list. Layout sketches are produced on the stand.
02 Built for melt shop conditions
Heat shielding, sealed bearings and tropical-humidity coating specs come from projects already running in high-temperature, high-dust foundries and melt shops.
03 One factory, full chain
Girders, end carriages, hoists and electrical panels are made in our own 150,000 m² base — so lead time and change orders stay under one roof.

A four-point lifting frame is only safe if all four hooks are actually engaged. Each hook carries a sensor that confirms engagement to the operator before the lift starts. Anti-sway, micro-speed, inching and shock-prevention come as standard; the full wiring was assembled and tested in our workshop before shipment.

The hook has to drop 15 m into a chamber below floor level on a crane spanning only 9 m — an unusual lift-to-span ratio that drove the whole selection. It also had to be installed before the gate house walls and roof went up: once closed, there is no way to get a 9 m girder into the bay. Commissioned November 2025.
The store gave us 4.8 m of ceiling and 4.39 m of clearance under the steel structure — and the coils still weigh 21.5 t. A reduced-profile boom got the machine under the roof; all-wheel steering let it work 5.79 m bays. The C-hook was cut to the customer's coil dimensions, with sensors monitoring the coil in real time.

Entry is free for trade visitors who pre-register on the official show website. On-site registration is also available but usually involves queuing during morning peak hours.
Can I get a quotation at the booth?
Yes. With capacity, span, lifting height and duty cycle we can give an indicative budget price at the stand. A formal quotation with drawings follows within three working days.
Do you have projects already running in Indonesia?
We supply cranes to smelters, steel plants, ports and precast yards across Southeast Asia. Reference files for comparable duty are available at the booth — customer identities are shared only where we have permission.
Do you speak Bahasa Indonesia at the stand?
Our team works in English and Mandarin, with local interpretation available. Tell us in advance via WhatsApp and we will arrange it for your slot.
What about installation and after-sales?
We provide supervised installation and commissioning, operator and maintenance training, and a recommended spare-parts package quoted alongside the crane.
