Built in accordance with mainstream European FEM design norms, the KS31 compact girder structure effectively saves indoor installation space. The lightweight structural layout lowers the load borne by ground running rails while maintaining overall structural strength, perfectly matching the narrow layout feature of the customer’s steel processing workshop.
Two independent control modes bring flexible operation options for on-site staff. Operators use the pendant handle for precise positioning during short-distance material stacking, and switch to wireless remote when transferring long-size steel workpieces, so operators can stand at a safe viewing position to follow up the whole lifting process.
Variable frequency driving configuration is applied to cross trolley and main gantry travelling mechanism. Smooth start and stop greatly restrain cargo swinging during steel transportation, operators can adjust travelling speed flexibly according to load weight and site obstacles to avoid collision accidents.
M6 working level adapts to high-frequency cyclic lifting tasks required by multi-shift steel production. Compared with low-duty cranes used for occasional warehouse handling, this grade effectively prolongs equipment service life and reduces regular component replacement cost for long-term production.
Supported by Inovance dedicated industrial inverter, hoisting and travelling realize seamless stepless speed change. The component can adapt to fluctuating voltage and variable ambient temperature commonly seen in African industrial sites, ensuring continuous stable running of the whole crane.
The integrated drive unit combines motor, reducer and brake into one assembly. Simplified mechanical structure cuts later daily maintenance workload, and delivers stable braking performance during frequent start-stop of gantry operation.
We carry out multi-level inspection for every finished crane before shipment. For this project, all Schneider electrical components and Inovance inverters received individual performance testing before assembly construction. The finished 5 Ton European Single Girder Gantry Crane passed full-load simulation test in factory, and all production links comply with international lifting machinery standards. Complete inspection certificates, electrical circuit diagrams and operation maintenance manuals are packed and delivered together with the equipment to assist the client’s daily equipment management.
