Description
The Outdoor Campus AGV (Heavy-Duty Unmanned AGV) is an autonomous transport platform engineered for the most demanding intra-factory and campus logistics—moving payloads from 5 to 200 tonnes across concrete floors, steel surfaces, and mixed indoor-outdoor routes without human intervention. Combining laser SLAM, GNSS satellite and inertial navigation in a single triple-fusion system, every vehicle self-maps its environment, avoids obstacles and docks to ±30 mm accuracy without any floor modification, guide wire or reflector installation. Power comes from a lithium iron phosphate battery pack rated for a full 6-hour shift, with a recharge time under 3 hours. Built to IP55, rated from −20 °C to +45 °C and CE certified, the range operates reliably in foundry dust, coastal humidity and sub-zero outdoor yards alike.

How to choose two type of heavy duty AGV
Choose Standard-Drive Heavy AGV when your routes are fixed, corridors are wide enough for arc turns, and payloads are 5–20T. It is the cost-effective solution for standard pallet and ton-bag logistics.
Choose the Omnidirectional Heavy AGV when you need lateral movement to park in tight spaces, in-situ rotation in narrow aisles, payloads above 20T, or applications such as container handling, steel coil transport or large-part logistics where omnidirectional control is essential.
