1 # How To Choose The Right Power Conductor Line For Your Cranes?

After you choose a right crane, we need to be equipped with a right conductor. Please see the following.

1. Determine the rated maximum power: P
2. Determine the voltage: U
3. Determine Phase: n (single-phase or three-phase)

The three-phase rated current I is as follows

• I-The rated maximum current(A)
• P-The rated maximum power(W)
• U-The voltage(V)
• Cosθ-Power factor, generally 0.8

The single-phase rated current I is as follows

• I-The rated maximum current(A)
• P-The rated maximum power(W)
• U-The voltage(V)
• Cosθ-Power factor, generally 0.8

Example 1: Assuming that the rated maximum power is 90kw, the voltage is 400V, and the power supply is three-phase, the calculated current is as follows.

Example 2: Assuming that the rated maximum power is 20kw, the voltage is 220V, and the power supply is single-phase, the calculated current is as follows.

We have three types of conductor for your choice.

• No1. High-tro-reel systems（50A、80A、100A、120A);
• No2. Powerail enclosed conductor systems(35A to 240A);
• No3. Insulated conductor systems(150A-3000A).

For the three-phase current 156.5A, choose No2. Powerail enclosed conductor systems (35A to 240A) model HFP56-4-50/170.
